
Joseph ATTAH
Chief Executive Officer
Joseph is the Chief Executive Officer of Adroit Accountants. Before establishing Adroit, he trained with Union Bank Nigeria Plc and Arthur Andersen as management trainees and audit trainees, respectively, before returning to Union Bank Plc as an assistant manager in their business process improvement unit.
Jo later joined Union Registrars Limited in 2005 as Finance Manager in the Management Services Division and later became the pioneer Chief Inspector of the company.
In 2008, he joined Intercontinental Bank Plc in Nigeria (now Access Bank Plc) as team lead, head office, and subsidiary audit unit of the Inspection Group.
Coming into the UK in 2010, he worked with Coutts & Co. and later Northern Trust London as an AML/KYC specialist before joining Paperchase Taxation Ltd. as Manager of Accounts and Tax.
He holds a first degree in banking and finance and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) in finance.
His professional affiliations include associate membership of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and fellow membership of the Association of International Accountants (AIA).
He has over 25 years of internal control, internal audit, accounting, and tax experience in advising clients across various sectors of the economy.
